Quantity Surveyor

Kedro Search is currently working with a Fit Out and Dry Lining subcontractor operating across London, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor.

As the Quantity Surveyor, you will work very closely with and Commercial lead on schemes ranging from ￡200k - ￡3m, across Commercial, Leisure, Student Accommodation, Residential and Mixed-Use sectors.

The projects will be in and around the London area covering Dry lining, Metsec and Suspended Ceiling Packages. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing contractor providing fantastic career opportunities.

This role would suit somebody with the desire to achieve results through hard work and who wishes to participate in the future of one of the most progressive organizations.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client
• Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
• Performing risk and value management and cost control
• Advising on procurement strategy
• Identifying, analysing, and developing responses to commercial risks?
• Preparing and analysing costings for tenders

This Quantity Surveyor role offers a basic salary of up to ￡85,000 per annum plus ￡5k travel allowance, pension, and healthcare.
