Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead

Kedro Search is currently working with a family-owned building contractor and refurb specialist based in Hampshire and operates across the UK.

They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to oversee and run up to 3 projects running concurrently with project values of ï¿¡150k - ï¿¡3m across, the leisure, hospitality, residential, commercial, and retail sectors.

They are a privately-owned high-end specialist fit-out company based in Hampshire operating within the luxury leisure, hospitality, residential, commercial, and retail sectors.?We would like to hear from you if you are an experienced, conscientious, and self-motivated Project Manager / Contracts Manager with a robust background in high-end fit-out projects to join our expanding team.

?Requirements

• Procurement of Sub-Contract; Consultant and Supply only packages.
• Analysis of work package tender returns.
• Preparation of Orders with Sub-Contractors, Consultants and Suppliers.
• Contribute to the preparation of interim and final account applications for the Company and likewise internal cost and value reconciliation reports.
• Subject to the approval of the Commercial Manager's value and agreement on Changes/Variations
• Integrate the commercial strategy, amending it to suit the project as it develops.
• Liaise with & commercially influence/challenge the other members of the team and the construction process.

A salary guide for this Quantity Surveyor is ￡60,000 - ￡80,000 per annum plus a package, the client is keen to make the right long-term appointment to aid in the company’s growth and has advised that there is flexibility.
