Quannah Partners Sells Industrial Property in Houston, TX

Today, Quannah Partners, in a co-GP joint-venture with Davis Commercial Development (“DCD”), sold Cypress Preserve Logistics Center, a two-building, 515,780 square foot Class-A spec industrial development located in northwest Houston at 22215 Cypress Slough Drive, Houston, TX. This represents Quannah’s second successfully realized industrial development with DCD. American National Insurance Company (“ANICO”) was the joint venture’s lender. The partnership acquired the land in November 2018, completed construction in January 2020, and sold the 50% leased property in March 2022.
