Quality Week Recap: Raising The Bar Together

Quality Week was a big win for our projects, bringing teams together to focus on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. With a mix of events, training, and celebrations, it was a great way to highlight what we’re doing well and where we can do even better.

Kicking Things Off: Breakfast Briefing

We started the week with a Breakfast Briefing packed with valuable insights:

• The Dornan Quality Strategy using our Quality Leading and Lagging Indicators gave us a clear view of how we’re working to deliver excellence.
• Assets Protection and Preservation reminded us of the importance of looking after the things that keep this project moving forward.
• Quality Nominations & Awards gave well-deserved recognition to standout efforts from both Dornan teams and subcontractors.

It set the tone for what the week was all about – working together, learning from our experiences and celebrating wins.

Events That Made a Difference

Throughout the week, we had plenty of opportunities to learn, engage, and get involved:

• Compliance Presentations to make sure everyone’s up to speed on best practices.
• Smart Torque Refresher Training for subcontractors to keep safety and precision front and centre.
• Leadership Site Walks where we spotted areas for improvement and recognised great work on the ground.
• Toolbox Talks that gave supervisors and teams practical tips to up their quality game.
• Quality Survey –?giving our colleagues their say on our Quality performance, processes and path forward

Celebrating the Wins

One of the highlights was the Dornan KUDOS FOR QUALITY Campaign, where we celebrated individuals and teams who are leading the charge on quality. Daily challenges added a bit of fun and encouraged everyone to think outside the box about how to do things better.
