When I started my journey on LinkedIn, I was fixated on growing my follower count. I thought more followers automatically meant more business opportunities. But, I was wrong!


Fast forward to today: I have 5,000 followers, which might not sound impressive in the age of "influencers." But here's the kicker – I've generated over 30,000 leads from this seemingly modest following.


How did I do it? Here are my key takeaways:

  10. I'd rather have 100 engaged prospects rather than 10,000 followers.

  12. I utilised polls, articles, and LinkedIn Live to maximise engagement and reach.
