If you’re still not too familiar with E-E-A-T, this is an awesome primer that will show you how to demonstrate experience, expertise, and authority to gain trust. There is an extended intro and very concrete steps to follow. Even if you’re already familiar with E-E-A-T, it’s a decent refresher that can probably inspire you to improve your content.

This piece is oriented towards creatives but I feel it applies 100% to brands, too. If you can reach that level where you’re not just better than competitors, but substantially different, you’ve definitely made it. You need to find your differentiator to succeed. It’s not easy and you can’t do it alone. But it’s terribly important!

?? How to use Perplexity in your PM work
I haven’t had a ton of experience with Perplexity, but I started working with it more for research and it rocks! The trust is much higher when you see the sources of information. There are some rare cases of hallucination, but nothing compared to ChatGPT’s standard willy-nilly approach to facts. This post shows you how you can use the tool for deep-dive research. Although it says “product managers” in the title, it’s a great source for marketing purposes, too.
