That's why we have dedicated a significant portion of our facility for this purpose – what you see in this article is a behind-the-scenes zone that is largely unknown to the general public. Various areas are dedicated to reception, organization, and training. Visitors are welcomed here, components are presented, briefings and meetings take place, and courses are conducted.

Training activities, in particular, are of great importance to us.

Workforce training

We prioritize training our Employees when they join our Company. This training covers manufacturing methodologies, safety protocols, and machinery operation. When necessary, we also utilize external training providers to enhance their instruction.

Additionally, we introduce Employees to new components before they enter production, ensuring they gain a comprehensive understanding of their design and functionality. This skill is crucial in all stages of the production process.

Distributors and Customers training

We offer training programs for our Distributors and Customers to explain the technical features of our products. If requested, we also provide training to enable them to independently adjust, rework, and assemble Vivoil components.

This empowers our Distributors to provide information, guidance, and technical support to Customers who purchase from them. In essence, the quality chain between Vivoil and end-users remains uninterrupted.

Of course, all our Customers worldwide can always rely on us for any technical support inquiries they may have.

Internship and educational activities

We are also committed to fostering educational activities and nurturing the next generation of talent in our industry.

We actively collaborate with schools, vocational institutes, and training centers by offering internship opportunities to students. In some cases, these internships have led to permanent employment within our Company.
