As a follow up to my latest article, Peace: “The Last Clear Chances,” I would like to add a comment on leadership from Napoleon Bonaparte. His comment was “it is with baubles that men are led.”?

I would like to qualify this comment in view of the life of General George Catlett Marshall - the only general officer to have won the Prize - the Nobel Peace Prize. With all modestly and in view of my experience in the trenches. I qualify Napoleon's statement with: It is with baubles that some men are led:
