Nearly forty years as Economist with the U.S. Government, including U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of Labor, and Central Intelligence Agency. Mexico has diplomatic relations with Cuba. Responsibility for economic projects, negotiations, and programs, including implementation of NAFTA I, including transportation, agriculture, commerce. Intensive technical voluntary and required economic reporting. Represent U.S. agriculture at the U.S. Embassy Mexico City. Economic responsibility for reporting on select commodities, including grain, poultry, fruits/vegetables, more. Work required adherence to multiple U.S./Mexico federal regulatory agencies such as Transportation, Food Safety, Worker Safety, Customs and Border Protection, and Drug Enforcement Agencies. Country responsibility: North America, South America (Brazil, Chile, Venezuela, Peru), China, Russia, Europe.

Insurance coordination between Labor's Office of Workers' Compensation Programs, Health Care Fraud between Labor, FBI, US Department of Justice, Healthcare Fraud Section. Liaison to Nation Association Government Labor Officials (NAGLO).
Economic Analysis of Federal Protective Service operations in Region IX, with focus on contractors and national/regional security. Security crises during my work included citizen protests over the death of Oscar Grant at Oakland's Fruitvale Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Station by BART Police; Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) explosion at San Bruno, California; Terrorist attack on PG&E's Metcalf Electric Substation; citizen protests at federal facilities over the Court-martial of PFC. Chelsea, formerly Bradley, Manning Threats were usually high due to illegal immigrant and homeless population. Treats are also high due to citizen dislike of U.S. government agencies, including all divisions of Homeland Security, Agriculture (biotechnology, agribusiness, environment, farmworkers), San Francisco City Hall policies to limit U.S. government agencies in the Bay Area, such as US Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Defense.
