Our client outgrew its existing line with their local bank and needed more exposure to support its rapid growth, which their bank deemed, “too risky”...
Financing was for a National Company that has been baking the highest of quality breads for more than 25 years now.
The adjustable borrowing base will enable our client to keep pace with the explosive demand for their delicious breads, from production software, equipment needs, distribution and facility upgrades.
The credit facility provides the flexibility to continue to scale their brand throughout the US.
QualiFi was in competition with multiple banks on this deal, and at the end of the day, our credit facility came in just above Prime and more importantly, meeting our clients needs with regards to efficiency, flexibility and less restrictive covenants.
