QualiFi, LLC ~ Secures and Delivers on $7,500,000 in Real-Estate Financing!

It's going to be an amazing Q4 for our young commercial finance firm, QualiFi, LLC!

QualiFi - Borrow I Build I Believe is a boutique brokerage firm specializing is all verticals of small-large and mid market business financing on the debt side up to the $20 million dollars.

We are having an amazing start to Q4 breaking all previous funding records early on in 2022, securing more than $13,000,000 in business financing in just the last 5 1/2 weeks. This $13+ million in financing the past several weeks has been spread out to 40 new businesses along with 30 others being returning clients.

The most recent funding on Thursday November 10, 2022, and one we are most proud of, QualiFi secured $7,500,000 in financing. Our financing was provided to a Pennsylvania real-estate mogul with 30+ years of extensive industry experience.

The $7.5 million was only a small piece (Partial Deposit monies) of the overall $33 million+ 200 acre revitalization project. The funding was secured by real-estate currently owned with significant equity and structured as a cash out re-finance.

A deal of this magnitude would typically be handled by conventional banks, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase Bank, a few of the major players, however, well into the process there was some open litigation that turned up in underwriting so the banks pulled out last minute.

With significant investment monies at risk tied up in the project, our client needed to act fast to find capital in order to not be in breach of contract.

Our client found QualiFi - Borrow I Build I Believe through our affiliate, strategic partner network of banks, credit unions, CPA's & accounting firms that put their trust in QualiFi knowing we act in the best interest of our clients and we deliver structured, transparent, affordable financing solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

These strategic "Partner Relationships" over the past 6 months have accounted for 60% of our total funded dollars and more than 20% of our total units.

The $7.5 million dollar financing was our largest funded deal year to date and one of many more to come.
