Quad Lock Appoints New CEO

We are thrilled to announce that we have appointed former Nike Pacific head Andrew Poole as our new CEO, as we take Quad Lock beyond our direct-to-consumer origins and into a global lifestyle brand.?

Founder Rob Ward will take on a new role as Chief Growth Officer and will be working across departments helping deliver new projects that drive growth for the Quad Lock brand and business.

Bringing Andrew onto the team is a milestone appointment for us, and we’re proud of the team that has brought us to this stage over the past 10 years.?

We will continue to expand our product range and categories, and this year reached another milestone of $100 million annual revenue. We’ve more than doubled our team size in the last 18 months while opening a new office in China.?

Poole is an experienced leader in the sports and lifestyle marketplace. Having recently led the commercial function of Nike's multi-billion-dollar Sportswear business across North America, he brings considerable experience of building consumer centric strategies through scaleable partnerships in specialty retail dedicated to building lifetime consumer value.?

Prior to his role in North America he led the Nike Australia and New Zealand business overseeing the expansion of its Partner Retail footprint, and further expanding Nike's position in key categories through an aligned DTC and wholesale strategy. Most recently he was the GM of Sports for online retailer, The Iconic.

Poole will focus on growing the Quad Lock team and creating new expansion pathways into specialty retail and industry partnerships while further leveraging its global reach with 80% of current sales coming from outside of Australia.?
