According to the general plan and the teaching management objectives of the school, responsible for the formulation and implementation of the overall teaching plan, responsible for organizing the compilation and approval of the annual teaching plan of each discipline. To make and deploy the teaching and research plan for the semester, and take charge of the daily work of teaching and investigation of academic teaching methodology.
Responsible for the academic management of the school, the implementation of the teaching management standards, the guidance, examination and evaluation of the implementation of teachers' standards, and the reward and punishment of teachers according to teaching results.
To summarize teaching and management feedback, to organize the formulation and implementation of relevant regulations regarding teacher rewards and punishments and management assessment system according to the actual situation of the school. Timely convey any instructions of the superiors on education and management work, responsible for organizing and assessing the staff of the academic department staff.
Summarize teaching feedback, find teaching problems, investigate teaching methods, and improve teaching quality to ensure parent & student satisfaction.
Organize the teaching and academic activities of each discipline periodically. Collect and sort out teaching and related information, provide theoretical learning materials for teachers in a timely manner, give teachers professional guidance on teaching work (teaching methods, skills, interaction between teachers and students, classroom discipline, etc.), and promote the professional development of teachers.
To collect, display, promote and reward school teaching and research results, Provide updated information to Marketing Department to facilitate the promotion of the school network and new media operation platform.
Establish a suitable academic communication network and actively create an atmosphere for development of teaching method.
According to the general plan of cooperation between the Academic & marketing team to help organize the implementation of school summer camps, winter camps and holiday extra activities. Cooperate with the school for education activities, off-campus practice, parent-teacher association activities, student union, social practice, etc.
Help the tutors team to be responsible for student discipline management and code of conduct management, supervise students' learning management.
Assist principal and Marketing Department in recruiting students
Assist the principal to introduce, partner confirm and implement course certification and teacher training of the foreign institution, and participate in the introduction, implementation and adjustment of the curriculum system.
Assist the principal & HR to organize and guide the recruitment, contract renewal and leaving interview for the staff of Academic Department.
Assist and cooperate with the principal make good communication between parent and school.
Complete other work arranged by Principal.
Job specification
At least 10 years of work experience in education-related industries, including more than 5 years of international school teaching management or work experience in positions of the same position and above, and experience in overseas international school operations management is preferred;
Understand the international education market and international education development trends, have an international perspective, have a background in overseas study and fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
Have a high degree of work enthusiasm and good professional ethics, work pragmatic, love the education industry, have lofty educational ideals;
Familiar with the modern frontier education, teaching, management and other theories, familiar with the relevant laws, regulations and policies of the education industry;

Responsible for the setup of Academic department , fixed post, staff recruitment, renewal, and dismissal and have the right to participate in changes;
