Details: Before booking, I learned about Atour’s positioning and promotion online. I have heard of the Atour brand before. Atour's target is Huazhu group's All Seasons Hotel. In terms of price, Atour's price is higher than that of All Seasons. After actually staying here, I personally don't think that Atour is better than All Seasons, at least not obviously.

Good things about Atour?hotel: Atour cares very much about customer experience, at least that’s what their management has trained them to do, that’s for sure. Atour can even provide facial cleansing kits, a small detail that more than half of hotels will not provide. When children check in, customers can request toys for their children. It’s just that this action would be better if Atour took the initiative to give children toys instead of the customer’s request.

Disadvantages about Atour?hotel:

It is advertised online that each room at Atour will provide facial masks, coffee, canned Coke, and bottles of Atour tea. This was not the case when I personally checked in. The store's reply is that each store's situation is different.

In terms of room size, Atour is generally smaller than Quanji?hotel.

There was a small incident. I asked the Atour front desk to get double room cards for each room, but the front desk actually replied that they couldn't do it! ! ! I replied that I have stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first time I heard that you can only have one key card per room!

Later, other staff at the front desk said that the person who served me was new and did not understand the business. As a result, the front desk made another room card for me.

Regarding late night snacks in the hotel: A front desk staff told me that there will be dumplings and porridge in the evening. The reality is that the only late-night snack is porridge. I communicated this matter with the front desk again, and the front desk replied that they only had porridge, and their colleague was new and didn't know the situation! ! ! If Atour really cares about customer experience, they can just say, let’s cook you a bowl of dumplings now (it was supper time at night, they have the time and conditions)

Regarding the handling of customer complaints: I reported to the front desk that the lighting control in the room only has full on and full off, and no other settings. Atour's reply was silence and no reply. It was about 10:40 pm. My online conversations with the staff were smooth. But Atour’s strategy is to ‘delay’. When I checked out, the front desk knew about my complaint, but chose to remain silent in an attempt to get away with it.

Baotu Spring, gone. Baotu Spring is a medium-sized garden with natural spring water. It is very difficult to park near Baotu Spring.

There are large bowls of tea sold in Baotu Spring. One is in a bowl, and tourists can drink tea on site. The other is jasmine tea in a glass bottle that can be taken away. Drinks on site are 5 yuan a bowl, and take away bottles are 10 yuan a bottle.

This park is about 1 km away from Baotu Spring. We took a tricycle and it cost 30 yuan.

The lake is large and there are lotus flowers in it. You can simply stroll around and don't need to spend too much time here. Admission is free.

We went to Lu Xun Park. It is also difficult to park here, so you need to look for more parking spaces. There are rocks and some beaches here. Our children play the game of Jingwei Reclamation here with small buckets and small shovels. It means transporting sand from the beach to the sea and filling it in small pools.

There are also various characteristic architectural decorations on the seaside, which are suitable for tourists to take pictures and stroll.

Comparison of the seascape in Qingdao and that in Rizhao: You will see many high-rise buildings on the beach in Qingdao, while the atmosphere of the beach in Rizhao is more of the leisure atmosphere of a small fishing village, with high-rise buildings only in the distance.

Just choose some scenic spots to visit. For me who likes to drive, self-driving from Zhengzhou to the beach is a good choice. In addition, if the number of people reaches five, it is recommended to drive the Buick ES model with seven seats. The last row can lie down and sleep, and the second row is also quite comfortable.
