Qigong in Charleston this Fall

As many of you know, I practice and teach an ancient healing technique called Qigong. Qigong is a Chinese?energy and movement practice that promotes healing, longevity and connection to nature and spirit. This practice focuses on slow, gentle movements, physical postures, breath work and using focused intention to cultivate and balance your life force energy or qi. Consistent practice will cultivate: physical strength, balance in your heart, clarity and calmness in your mind, and connection to your unique energy.

Qigong isn’t well known in the United States and I’m excited to share more of this practice that’s really changed my own life, by teaching classes starting this fall!?If you’re local to the Charleston area, please join me at one of my live classes. I especially encourage you to check out the event at Solt Wellness this Sunday, October 13th as we will be in their incredible Salt Room, which I can tell you from experience enhances everything about the practice.
