Our Vision and Ambition

Qibud is driven by an inspiring vision to redefine the future of work. We envision companies where talents united by a common purpose collaborate within a connected network, functioning as a global intelligence to maximize impact.

Our Philosophy

Developed with respect for human and social dynamics, #QiBud aims to unlock the potential of each individual for the collective well-being of the organization.

QiBud Timeline

  • 2010 - Observations of the limitations of current information systems, which reinforce silos and generate individual frustrations, hindering engagement.
  • 2010-2013 - Design of QiBud principles and market validation.
  • 2015 - Creation of QiBud Sàrl and the beginning of concept testing.
  • 2015-2018 - Establishment of the current development team and crash-testing concepts with over 30 Swiss companies.
  • 2018 - Intensive product development.
  • 2020 - First clients in beta-testing (including Bulgari Watch).
  • 2022 - Commercialization and team expansion.
  • 2023 - Signing and starting new clients and partnerships (Swisscom, H4, Clinique La Prairie, numerous leads in private sectors [banking, industry] and public).

Strategic Partnership

Potential #collaboration with Swisscom, which attests to the trust and efficacy of QiBud in the context of large companies. Other #partnerships are under discussion.

Founders

Gilles Ruffieux , CEO: An expert in information systems and enthusiastic about new management methods, Gilles is the cornerstone of QiBud, having contributed to organizational agility through agile circles.

Samuel Arnod-Prin , CTO: A senior developer, Samuel originated an innovative PIM, and his technological vision has been crucial in the development of QiBud
