Zebastian joined sQills in February 2016 and is currently working on a cloud solution for a Scandinavian e-healthcare company product suite.

When asked what he loves about his job, Zebastian says he truly enjoys "working both as a co-pilot and as a consultant, seeing both sides of the consulting industry. The transparency and team spirit within the whole organization is something I've never encountered before."

When Zebastian is not working, you can find him spending his time among his many interests, whether it is with his daughter, renovating his house, lifting weights, brewing beer, holding whisky and beer tasting events, listening to music in his HiFi room, cold water diving, off-piste skiing, or almost all other kinds of geeky stuff!

What do you love about your job?

I truly enjoy working both as a co-pilot and as a consultant, seeing both sides of the consulting industry. The transparency and team spirit within the whole organization is something I've never encountered before.?

What have you gained from working at sQills?

I've gained loads of new s(Q)ills both within my area of expertise and have gained lots of experience on how to build a successful company. The tasks in the Quest have for sure changed me a lot for the better!

What does true leadership mean to you?

Trust and transparency.

Who would you select as a mentor if you could choose anybody, and why?

Sylvia Earle, her knowledge of how to save the oceans is crucial for our planet's survival.

What is one professional skill you are actively developing?

Since I just changed to a new customer, it's loads of new stuff I'm actively researching.

How do you unwind at the end of the day?

Music!
