??#QgroupStarSpotlight: Meet Tanja Kerezovi? Male?evi? , Management Consultant at Accelerated Growth in Malm?, Sweden. ????

Tanja joined Accelerated Growth AB in March 2021 and has been working on a program that helps a large furniture manufacturer introduce digital tools and new processes into its food business.

She has had a few different roles within the program, starting in a Change Management team tasked with preparing the business for the change, and then she joined the Rollout team to implement the solution in the pilot store. She is currently working as a Launch Lead.

Asked what she loves about her job, Tanja says, "I love the people I work with, their enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism. I also love making an impact -improving the everyday work life for people, making their jobs easier and days more fulfilled."

When Tanja is not working, you can find her playing the piano, reading, or mushroom-picking in the forests around Sk?ne. She is also a big fan of Formula 1 and didn't miss a race last season!?

What have you gained from working at Accelerated Growth?

I have gained amazing colleagues, some of whom I consider close friends by now. And as a foreigner in Sweden, it is an understatement to how much that can mean. I have also gained an opportunity to work with major companies in Sweden and to both develop new skills and sharpen the existing ones.

I love our afterworks, cozy office days, and flat structure. You truly feel like anything is possible with Accelerated Growth.

What do you love about Qgroup?

I love the idea and concept behind the QGroup - smaller companies coming together, sharing the same values while keeping each consultant at the heart of what they do. And obviously, I absolutely love the QGroup Christmas parties! They are always inspiring, fun, glittery, and over-the-top, just like a great party should be.

What is something unique about you (a fun fact) that few people know?

I have an orange belt in Japanese Jiu-jitsu, which is like level 3 (out of 7).

Do you have a phrase or mantra you live by?

Dream big! Nothing is impossible if you're willing to put in the work and have a bit of patience.

What does true leadership mean to you?

Setting a direction, leading by example, inspiring, and coaching along the way.

What is one professional skill you are actively developing?

Excel! You can never know too much about it. It feels like the modern business world stands on the back of excel spreadsheets. ??

How do you unwind at the end of the day?

Playing the piano. It works best to unwind me from a long day. Going out for a walk or chatting about our days with my husband does the same trick.
