Souley joined Qubes GmbH in June 2017 and is currently working on developing an innovative digital solution to streamline the process of finding the perfect consultant for a project.

When asked what he loves about his job, Souley says he loves "the opportunity to help build up a modern company with satisfied consultants in every aspect of the business, including assignments and work-life balance.”

When Souley is not working, you can find him spending time with his family, playing chess, doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or learning about Global Economy.

How would you summarize what you do?

I identify and hire great consultants and find interesting assignments for them.

How did you get interested in your field of work??

While I was studying during my internship at an HR Company.

What makes you want to stay at Qubes?

The evolution of the company over the years and the great feedback from the consultants and clients.

Do you have a phrase or mantra you live by?

Who would you select as a mentor if you could choose anybody, and why?

Jack Dorsey. He is an American Internet entrepreneur and programmer who is the co-founder and former CEO of Twitter, Inc., as well as co-founder, principal executive officer, and chairperson of Block, Inc. (the developer of the Square financial services platform). He left Twitter for his greater mission at Block, Inc., which he says is peer-to-peer payments and the financial inclusion of billions of unbanked people.

How do you unwind at the end of the day?

I spend some quality time with my 2.5-year-old daughter.
