qdive Offsite Report - exciting discussions and a lot of fun

We have been looking forward to it for a long time and finally the time had come: our qdive offsite took place a few weeks ago in the beautiful Ammergau Alps. In some cases we saw each other in person for the first time on this occasion and not just remotely in front of a camera.

And it was just as cool as we hoped it would be:

On three days, we looked back and we reviewed the latest company results, we talked about the many beautiful successes, but of course also about the failures. We discussed the future strategy of qdive and what we want to do as a team for the next year and how we are going to implement it. And the great thing was that everyone was able to participate and contribute about qdive and its future.

But on three days, we also went out to eat and we cooked together. We played games in the evenings and celebrated. We hiked to the H?rnle hut in bright sunshine and enjoyed a traditional hut lunch. We stood together on the Zugspitze, the highest spot in Germany, and went sledding together in the snow. You can hardly make better use of three days.

But the absolute highlight at the offsite: experiencing the exciting personalities of qdive in person once again, or even for the first time. We discussed so much, laughed, celebrated and one thing was clear at the end - the qdive family rocks! Thank you everybody
