QCC Convention Event of Panasonic AVC Networks Johor

It has been 3 years during this photo was taken. Just a bit memories of my journey as Production Engineer at Panasonic AVC Networks in 2017. Whereas, another achievement unlocked during my participation in QCC Convention Event to compete with another Panasonic factories in Malaysia. With various positions and departments in this team, coming from manager, engineers, technicians, and maintenance we've created a strong and adequate team to execute this QCC project. Yup, we failed to win this event, but failure doesn't mean we lose, as we have learned a lot of new things and experiences we've gained make us even stronger in future. One day, I believed everyone in this group will become somebody that can be respected because I believed in each enthusiasm given by each of us.
