??? Most companies are unprepared to react to future shocks or worst-case scenarios. Those which respond fastest to crisis scenarios will gain the advantage. This requires empowering employees and building a culture of continuous learning, as outlined below. Above all, employees must be motivated to deliver an exceptional customer experience (#CX ) with a future mindset.
??? 2. Truly Hybrid Workplace
??? Most organizations did adopt hybrid work in various ways. Many change-resisters and micromanagers have backtracked. They don’t know how to manage productivity. The key is to provide a hybrid work structure and support, and stop micro-managing. This will brand the enterprise as a desirable “true hybrid” workplace culture.
??? 3. Attract and Retain
??? People have switched their mindset about work. They no longer seek “Work-Life Balance” but “Life-Work Integration.” Life and its purpose come first; and that purpose must jive with corporate stakeholder purpose. Ensure the company presents this mindset and they will attract and retain the most-motivated and purposeful employees.
??? 4. Mandate DEIB
??? While companies may strive for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), in many cases these initiatives fail, due to a weak link between DEIB and business strategy. To achieve DEIB, leaders need to focus on the needs and expectations of all community stakeholders.
??? 5. Ensure Mental Wellbeing
??? Most companies offer some kind of well-being programs. But poor mental health and wellbeing lead to weak engagement, lower productivity, absenteeism, and attrition. This needs much stronger attention. If the culture is strong and positive, then so will be mental health.
?? AI CULTURE
??? AI is the future of *every* business. There are no exceptions. And success depends on an AI-driven culture.
??? 1. Adopt an AI DigiTransform Culture
??? AI can supercharge operations, create sustainable talent pipelines, improve ways of working; and enable faster, data-driven decisions to foster a dynamic corporate culture that better meets the needs and expectations of digital consumers.
??? 2. Empower Innovation
??? In an uncertain economy (as now), companies refocus on “efficiency”, which often means major lay-offs. In reality, being efficient means placing more trust in the enterprise and empowering employees to innovate for the future.

??? Leaders can’t allow themselves to get trapped in short-term crises. They need to constantly “Think Future” and make decisions for the long-term because “Only the Future is Manageable.” They need to lead themselves and the C-Suite team with a future-aware mindset, and to pursue a culture of lifelong learning to figure out how the future works.
??? 4. Upskill and Reskill
??? To attain a digitally-competitive advantage, companies need to integrate people, process, and AI, by upskilling employees to exceed customer expectations. AI should be used for employee training, and to augment their work processes, to close the knowledge gaps.
??? 5. Promote Top Talent
??? Business also needs to better match top talent to high-value roles so that critical roles are filled by the most appropriate people. Do not promote people beyond their level of competence.
