We know we have to implement automated software quality assurance, as a pathway to achieving business success and increasing infinite customer satisfaction, but how do we know what the first step is?

Next step, neural networks, where the rate of data transfer is instant. We are not humanoid tomorrow but rather today and business has to adopt AI into its practice whether it likes it or not. Automation is more important than it was 15 years ago, exploratory AI must feature on the executive strategic radar and the best place to start is right there. Yes, right there in your quality assurance department. This is where you start and expand into other areas of your business not the other way around. Start with quality AI and shift left and right into your methodologies and into production systems to ensure you embed the principle and priority of quality within your AI practice. It’s time for your quality strategy to lead the way in determining the guiding principles of your AI strategy. Your AI manifesto must be driven and guided by your quality policy.
