Q&A with Swift Group CEOs Becki Culbert and Julie Lumpkin
Swift Group
Delivering incredible results through experienced, flexible, and creative project management and event management.
Swift Group began in 2004 and has since grown to be a flourishing marketing company centered in the PNW that specializes in a blend of project and event management. Becki Culbert and Julie Lumpkin met in 1999 and saw the need for a dynamic team that was able to creatively plan and manage diverse, high-profile events and projects. Since its founding, Swift Group continues to grow, and is now comprised of decades of hands-on experience and talent (our incredible "Swifties"!). As none of it would be possible without these two women leaders, it was only natural to pick their brains to learn more about what drove them to where they are today.
Q: What inspired you to start Swift Group?

J: "We always feel like this business is our family and supporting everyone financially & culturally.?We like to make sure we take care of everyone - it is an honor!"??
