What is your name?

Javier: My name is Javier Williams

Lucy: My name is Lucy Wills

What is your role at KV?

Javier: I am a paralegal.

Lucy: I do a mix of legal admin support and paralegal work as well.

Where and what do you study?

Javier: So, I've just finished up my final year of the Juris Doctor at UWA and I graduated in November.

Lucy: I've just started my first year studying law at Murdoch.

What appeals to you about law?

Javier: I like the problem solving aspect of it. Dealing with different matters and finding the solutions and the research side. I find it all quite interesting.

Lucy: I like meeting all the new clients and getting the chance to help them, talk to them and solve their problems.

How would you describe the vibes when you come to work at KV?

Javier: I love working here. It’s so much fun. This is my first law job, and I was super stressed coming in on the first day as any new job is intimidating - but Tim and Carla made it an easy transition. They're both so lovely, amazing at they do but also very nice and always able to help you out. I've learnt so much, I've only been here for a year, but it’s been great.

Lucy: I just really enjoy it! I think we're all really close, really good friends and it’s a nice place to come to work every morning. Good vibes!
