Q&A WITH OUR OPERATIONS TEAM

Our small team is made up of two awesome humans: Angela Molina and Victoria Bartley . When they say ‘great minds think alike’ this really is the case in our team. Sometimes we even come to work wearing the same colours, that’s how in sync we are! We share the same work ethic and values which makes our working relationship run smoothly at all times.

You probably do not hear from us that much on LinkedIn, and that's because we are permanently running the show behind the scenes. Here is a little Q&A from us, so you get a glimpse of who we are and what we do.

Describe what you do within Charles Levick…

AM- In my role as the Operations Director, it is my responsibility to oversee and manage a variety of critical business functions. While I do not directly handle sales, I am responsible for ensuring that all other aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. Ultimately, my goal is to ensure that our business is operating at the highest level possible so that we can continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

VB- My role here at Charles Levick is Office Manager. Basically, I do a bit of everything - I support our amazing consultants and make sure the office runs smoothly. One of my main tasks is managing our social media presence. My main goal is to showcase the remarkable strengths and exceptional qualities possessed by Charles Levick and the people within it.

How long have you been with the organisation?

AM- So long that I’ve actually become part of the furniture (13 years to be precise)

VB- I worked for Charles Levick for nearly 6 years, leaving in 2020 to spend more time with my family. I have now been back since April 2023 and it feels like I never left!

What do you like about your role?

AM- I absolutely love the variety that my job provides and the fact that it gives me insights into different parts of the business which allows me to be involved in major decision making processes. As a bonus, I really enjoy being involved in the professional growth of our employees and being part of their journey in the company.

VB- I love helping out the team, whether it's fixing their tech problems, picking up some chocolate for our Sales Director or organising our Christmas Party. I make sure everything I do is always done with a smile!

What do you like most about coming to the office?

AM- I really enjoy spending time with my colleagues and being part of those exciting moments that a sales floor brings, along with listening to all the crazy stories that bounce off the walls in the office…..if only walls had ears!

VB- I look forward to seeing what the chat topic of the day will be! (This usually involves something Sam has said, done or worn ??)

Describe yourself in three words…

AM- Consistency-Resilience-Faith

VB- GETS S**T DONE

Tell us an interesting fact about yourself.

AM- I have a degree in Architecture, however it is more the interior design of a space that I really feel passionate about.

I also kill plants……ask our MD for details.

VB- I love looking out for signs from the universe, whether this be number sequences, messages in dreams, or certain songs on the radio. It reminds me that there is something greater at work in the world around us. Saging is my fav ritual!

What’s your favourite quote?

AM- ‘If life gives you lemons, make lemonade’

VB - ‘Life is short. Smile while you still have teeth.’
