Q: Can you provide a brief explanation of M&A and the TBG M&A program?
A: Financial sponsors, PE funds and strategics utilize TBG M&A for pre-close insurance diligence, rep & warranty insurance placement and post-close property casualty and benefits brokerage/placement.?Each transaction is unique in terms of structure, industry and specifics, so utilizing an experienced, independently-owned brokerage with a single point of contact across all aspects of the deal relating to the insurance needs.?
Q: What would you say makes TBG M&A different from other, similar programs (of our competitors)??
A: We focus on the lower-middle market and middle market financial sponsor world with an average of 20 years experience per team member.?Further, the partners are actively involved in every policy and placement and have delivered unique results across multiple deal structures, especially in the enterprise value space below $150 million.?Further, we bring our 20 year insurance carrier relationships to our clients and always place the clients best interest firm.
