Who are Flooring Superstore?
Flooring Superstore has gone from strength to strength in recent years as huge growth and progression have been enjoyed. With stores nationwide, they continue to seek opportunities across the UK to expand their portfolio of retail stores and to become more established as a national retailer in the flooring industry.
How many new stores are you targeting?
At present 2 per month and we have a steady pipeline to build for 2021 and beyond.
Target locations?
The list isn’t exhaustive but published locations include Aberdeen, Bolton, Chester, Chesterfield, Cardiff, Derby, Dundee, Glasgow (u/o), Hull + others (see requirement flyer ??).
Our Joint Agent Zeitlyn Farrell also have a published list for the London area with plenty more identified specific locations.
Size requirements?
Size of 3,000 - 5,500 sqft. On or within close proximity of busy retail and trade parks.
Planning Use Class?
In old language A1 (Bulky) or on Trace Counter B8. Variations of course now in place.
Additional requirements?
Close to complimentary DIY / Trade users. Roadside prominence and accessibility key.

Recent openings or new stores in the pipeline?
Swansea opened very recently and just taken possession at Blaydon (Tyne and Wear) and up to 4 more due for completion this year.
