The culture. Over the last 3 years, so much has changed. The most positive change I have seen is the people’s culture. We now have a very diverse and inclusive company which is coupled with a can-do/winning mindset. Our office is also a very fun place to be in.

Digitalising the business and building future-proof capabilities. This year we have laid the foundation for a new IT platform and we are transforming our organisation so we can be a leading digital player in our marketplace.
We are also looking at innovating the way we do business altogether and anticipate some of the future needs of our customers.

Right now the industry is undergoing some radical changes, especially with the rise of electrification.
My vision is that the industry will transition to a ‘vehicle-centric’ model where the type of fuel will be only a component of the wider customer offering.
