Meet Thandiwe Hlatshwayo, Stefanutti Stocks Eswatini Director, who joined us as an HR Manager in August 2013.

What is the best thing about your job??

“The best thing about my job is that my office offers central support to almost all the departments of the Company. As HR is the cornerstone of our Human Capital, the department remains vital and critical for the operations and sustainability of our organisation. I deal with employees at all levels, as well as handling legal and compliance issues, which are very interesting and keep me on my toes.”?

What are your greatest achievements to date?

“My greatest career achievement is being promoted within the Company from HR manager to director. It was very humbling, and I still feel very privileged to be a female director in a male dominated industry.

????????????“Pursuing my studies while being employed full-time and being a mommy to a beautiful eight-year-old daughter – keeping the balance is not easy but I have managed!”
