I'm not sure if you're feeling it just yet, but I'm personally starting to feel the Q4 craziness pick up.
Hence this post...
I wanted to share my thoughts on hiring and resource?planning for Q4.
Throughout quarters 1, 2, and 3, I'm all for hiring team members internally and/or working with agencies, freelancers, consultants, and virtual assistants.
In quarter 4, hiring team members internally becomes really difficult. You're extremely busy as is, and having?to go through the daunting process of creating a job description, posting it, inviting people to apply, setting up interviews, selecting someone you like, negotiating compensation, onboarding, and so on just takes way too much time.

So in Q4, I personally prefer to work with agencies, freelancers, consultants, and virtual assistants. I've found this to be the path of least resistance. My main focus right now is getting to the finish line as efficiently as possible.?
