A Note from our Founder:?
I started SalesOps.io 9 years ago in a 450 square foot studio apartment in the heart of the East Village in New York City.? A lot has happened since then, and today, we have over 1,200 experts across 37 countries with expertise from Marketing Ops to CS Ops to Deal Desk to Business Intelligence.? Long ago, we outgrew our exclusive focus on the Sales Ops function, but the name persisted and even created some confusion in the market.? That's why we are thrilled to be announcing a new name and brand that reflects this evolution and the depth of operational experts that can support our clients throughout the customer journey.
The big announcement will be coming on October 14th, so please keep an eye out for that update.? And if you happen to be in the Austin, Texas area that week, consider swinging by our event in partnership with Pavilion (full details below - email me if interested at [email protected]).? Q3 Consultant Spotlight: Dan Irwin
This quarter, we're sending a massive shout out to Dan Irwin, a talent network member and active Rev Ops consultant, who has been doing an incredible job supporting one of our clients this year. Our client is leveraging its customer data and reputation as a leading resource for product managers to build an outbound go-to-market (GTM) strategy for selling its new enterprise products. Dan has supported this pivot by optimizing HubSpot for the sales and marketing teams, creating automated workflows and outreach campaigns, using SQL and Metabase to identify Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) missed by the sales team, and enriching old lead data to track champions who have moved between companies.
