The dialogue encompassed broadening market horizons and operational scopes beyond local or national boundaries.

1.2. Shoplazza was selected by Fortune?

On September 13, the renowned business media outlet, "Fortune," unveiled the list of "Asia's 65 Most Socially Influential Startups in 2023", and we're proud to announce that Shoplazza made the list on account of our innovative technological prowess and business model.

This recognition not only underscores the rapid strides Shoplazza has made but also motivates the company to embrace social responsibilities further and accelerate the brand's overseas growth.

Going forward, Shoplazza is committed to assisting Chinese overseas brands in swiftly tapping into the expansive international market, engaging a broader spectrum of audiences, and collaborating with more partners to help numerous cross-border companies efficiently realize their brand globalization ambitions.

2)?Product technologies

In Q3 2023, we remained committed to actively addressing the needs of both merchants and consumers. We updated and optimized over 50 product features by seamlessly melding innovative technology with our business strategies. Highlighted below are some of the refined features:

2.1. Multi-language store feature?

Offer localized content to customers anywhere

To increase store traffic and improve SEO performance, merchants often adopt localized translation content in the respective languages for different countries/regions to gain consumer trust.

Based on this scenario, ShopCraft officially launched the multi-language store feature. Merchants can now set up languages for different markets in the back-end while also supporting specific language translation for theme text and merchant-customized content.

After configuring the languages and markets, merchants can activate the Geolocation plugin, allowing consumers to switch languages on the store page independently.

2.2. MoCart - the official mobile app builder?

Easily create mobile apps

In the era of multi-channel marketing, merchants can utilize a diverse range of channels to reach potential customers, tailored to varying consumer habits.

With this insight, the ShopCraft team officially introduced MoCart. Merchants can effortlessly transform their Shoplazza online stores into mobile apps through visual operations, aiming to increase sales channels and revenue.

MoCart allows merchants to publish their apps on Apple/Google app markets (provided they have Apple/Google developer credentials), expanding their avenues for display and engagement even further.

2.3. Customer segmentation feature?

Refined operations taken to the next level

With the "Customer Segmentation Feature," merchants can customize and filter out customers who meet specific criteria based on actual needs through intersection and union matching logic among conditions.

They can then apply these segmented groups in discount codes/coupons, enabling targeted marketing campaigns for specific customer groups, thereby achieving much more refined marketing actions.

2.4. New "Locations" menu?

Multi-location management achieved?

If merchants have multiple warehouses, shops, or any form of storage location, the new "Locations" menu allows for easy maintenance of multiple location information in the store's back-end.

For instance, merchants can manage the stock quantity of each product at different locations to:

  • accurately track inventory
  • use multiple delivery service points when using local delivery to flexibly support delivery services in multiple areas
  • provide multiple pickup points for customers when using in-store pickup
  • choose from multiple shipping locations as the "shipping location" for placing orders with logistics providers when using courier delivery, among other functionalities.

2.5. Support for custom code in email template creation

Customize emails according to brand identity

The customer notification module now includes a new feature that allows the creation of email templates through HTML coding.

Unlike previous templates, where only certain content could be modified within a fixed layout, the custom code option allows for more enriched content in merchants' email templates, enabling a closer alignment with the brand image when reaching out to customers.

3. Partnership ecosystem

3.1. A much more comprehensive partnership with Omnisend

Shoplazza has officially partnered with the global email marketing leader Omnisend. Together, we aim to support merchants with email and SMS marketing automation.

By using automated tools, merchants can send personalized messages to customers, manage campaigns, track purchasing behavior, enhance conversion rates, and build a dedicated audience.
