We don't send resumes ... we send people.
Recognition
Our team had the privilege of volunteering with our local Habitat for Humanity. We swung hammers, learned new skills (the Habitat staff has amazing patience!), and got to work together for a cause we truly believe in. Seeing the progress made on a future home for a family was truly rewarding.

Snelling Sentiments
While the region's minimum wage continues to creep upward - we don’t see success in filling positions anywhere near these rates. The average wage we see for an entry-level production worker averages $21/hr, while anyone with considerable skills or experience is commanding more. Entry-level administrative/office-based roles can still garner quality candidates around the $20/hr mark due to preferential working conditions. Local businesses with tighter margins continue to struggle to compete with ever increasing wages at fast food restaurants, box stores, and other large corporations that can hire unskilled labor for high rates.
