And on to Q2!

Stamp duty reforms from 1st April marked the end of Q1 this year and ignited a flurry of activity with a number of purchasers keen to beat the stamp duty deadline. 

We successfully completed 10 deals on behalf of clients last week, one being the former High Force Activity Centre, Forest in Teesdale on behalf of our clients DDYCA (pictured).

The market shows no signs of slowing down following the reforms. The amount of enquiries we are receiving from investors outside of the North East is a clear indicator of the healthy interest for opportunities in our region.
