Salesforce certifications

As usual, let's start with the latest updates from the Synebo team. We are committed to employee development and are proud of our team members who have recently passed their Salesforce exams. This quarter, our professionals received a total of 9 Salesforce certifications, demonstrating their experience and skills:

Salesforce Platform Developer I?

Roman Marynchak , our Salesforce Developer, has proven his experience developing and deploying business logic using the Lightning platform's capabilities.

Salesforce Platform Developer II

Salesforce Developers Mikola Kosheviy , Ihor Sbitniev , and Yuliia Solomko have shown a deep knowledge of data modeling to develop complex business logic and interfaces.

Platform App Builder

Oleksandr Khatsaiuk - Salesforce Developer who successfully passed the exam and demonstrated experience in designing and implementing custom applications on the Salesforce platform.

Marketing Cloud Administrator

Our Salesforce Administrator, Andrey Vozdigan, became a Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator. He is adept at responding to common business requirements and performing administrative functions within the Marketing Cloud.

Salesforce Business Analyst

Head of Delivery Yana Chekan confirmed that she knows Salesforce's best practices and can plan research activities, map business processes, identify requirements, and write user stories.

Salesforce Certified Data Architect

Ivan Rekov , Salesforce Administrator, became a certified specialist in developing reliable and scalable high-performance solutions for enterprise data management on the Salesforce platform.

International Association of Project Managers (IAPM)

We are also proud of our Project Manager, Yana Tolmachenko , who became a Certified Agile Project Manager. Yana has proven her knowledge of various agile methodologies and frameworks and soft factors in an agile environment.

Salesforce Conferences

In the second quarter, our team participated in five Salesforce conferences, including World Tours in Amsterdam, London, Warsaw, and Tel Aviv, and a regional event called Czech Dream. Let's recall how it went.

#WorldTourAmsterdam

In April, we visited the Netherlands, which left us with a pleasant impression. BDMs Marina Arkhireeva , Andrii Kliuchka , and COO Kateryna Mishei attended the World Tour at the exhibition center in Amsterdam. The event provided valuable insights into AI applications in sales and analytics, along with numerous new connections.

#Czech Dreamin24

On May 17, Synebo trailblazers, including Account Manager Varvara Avotynsh , Project Manager Anna Shved , and Head of Delivery Yana Chekan , visited the Czech Republic.?

At this conference, Yana presented "Enhancing User Experience with Lightning Knowledge Base in Salesforce Experience Cloud to Meet Customer Expectations." In her speech, she delved into the following aspects:

• Best practice for building a Knowledge Base.
• The most popular customer requests and ways to implement them.
• Tips that help you understand customers’ expectations.
• Red flags indicate that the customer needs to enhance their KB.

On June 6, our team, including BDMs Marina Arkhireeva and Andrii Kliuchka , along with Project Manager Iryna Panchenko , visited London as part of the Salesforce World Tour.? We extend our thanks to Matt Meyers (CTA) , Alberto Bagato , David Scheiner , Lisa P. Tulchin , and Alex Jacobson for the pleasant conversations. A special shout-out to Salesforce Ben for organizing the lively and enjoyable after-party!

On June 18, we gained insights from Israeli industry leaders on leveraging generative AI to enhance customer relationships and boost productivity in Tel Aviv. Our CEO, Shimshon Korits , and Account Manager, Varvara Avotynsh , successfully met with Synebo’s partners and industry leaders.

In Warsaw, Business Development Manager Andrii Kliuchka , Salesforce Architect Volodymyr Tymchuk , and Salesforce Administrator Valeriia Borysevych discussed new AI solutions in Salesforce Data Cloud, Slack, and Tableau and networking with other Salesforce professionals. The team noted that they particularly enjoyed this conference because of the numerous presentations and demos of AI solutions.

Synebo Product

Synebo is known for its suite of Salesforce products designed for various business needs, but we're not stopping there. In June, our new product—Synebo Advanced Product Selector—launched on AppExchange! Try this product by clicking the link.

The Synebo Advanced Product Selector is a package designed to improve the user experience when associating products with opportunities in Salesforce. This free tool offers a range of features that the sales team will appreciate:

• Choose Price Book (Users can effortlessly select a specific "Price Book" for each opportunity, improving the workflow)
• Apply Filters (Price Filter and Filter by Product Fields provide tailored filtering)
• Add Products (The table can display up to 10.000 "Price Book" entries, allowing manual selection of products, while users can sort products by clicking on column headers)
• Edit Products (Users can modify attributes like "Quantity," "Sales Price," "Date," and "Description Line")

As usual, we are gathering customer and partner feedback. In May, we received two new reviews on the Clutch platform, and we're pleased to share them with you.

While collaborating with Optibus, the transportation-focused software company, represented by their Education Team Lead, Yaron Gaatone , Synebo has built a customer community on Salesforce.

In our other case with Feedvisor, an AI-driven platform for Amazon sellers and brands, Synebo delivered Salesforce support. We migrated data to Salesforce Lightning, assisting in operations, marketing, sales, and support, and earned a high rating from the Director of Finance Operations, Anne Mandel .

New Office in Poland

After much preparation and hard work from the operations team, Synebo's new office in Poland finally opened. During the opening, our CEO, Shimshon Korits , emphasized our goal of creating an environment where every team member feels motivated to learn, develop, and digitalize everything. And we strive for this!

Photo Event?

To wrap up, we'd like to share one of Synebo's most adorable internal events in the second quarter: a pet photo challenge. Over 30 of our employees have shared photos of their pets, and we can't resist showing off some of these companions.

Our team finds these events a great way to unwind and take a break from work tasks. It also helps us get to know each other better, and we're thrilled that Synebo is all about unity.
