Officially integrated with ChatGPT: AI-generated product description??????????
Officially launched the “AI-generated product description” feature, which helps merchants seamlessly generate and optimize high-quality product descriptions, and improve the efficiency of product information writing. Merchants only need to input the product name and selling points, and the system will automatically generate the product description. This feature supports multiple languages and can easily switch between various tones of voice according to merchants’ actual needs.
Intelligent product recommendation renewal: Added “post-purchase recommendation”
Intelligent product recommendation is an App that supports displaying recommended products in different instances. The AI-empowered recommendations tailor the product recommendations for individuals based on their preferences and behaviors. In addition, we have introduced the “post-purchase recommendation” feature, through which merchants can intelligently recommend products for users on the order completion page by configuring relevant recommendation and discount rules, and enhance the user's repurchase rate.
The online store theme editor “video card” supports TikTok format now
With the increasing popularity of short videos, more businesses started to create TikTok videos to gain attention from consumers. We are thrilled to announce that Shoplazza has officially launched the new online store theme editor “video card” to support the TikTok format. Merchants simply need to upgrade the store theme to the latest version and add the “video card”. By pasting the TikTok video link in the designated section, the video will be automatically recognized and displayed.
Local delivery is available now?
Local delivery is officially launched, allowing merchants to deliver products based on the shipping address without using any courier services. Once the merchant chooses a certain area, they can then set up different delivery options for self-delivery. When consumers place an order and fill in the delivery information, if it is within the area set by the merchant, they can choose the corresponding local delivery service.

Trustpilot is the world's leading third-party review platform with high credibility. The reviews obtained from Trustpilot can become a large number of credible ratings & reviews for the online store's services and products. Shoplazza has officially completed a full integration with Trustpilot. Through the Trustpilot Reviews App, merchants can automatically send service and product review invitations to customers via emails, and sync these ratings & reviews to their stores.
Shoplazza has officially integrated with the Amazon MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) App to enable merchants to fulfill the store's order more conveniently. After in-depth technical integration, once merchants complete the authorization, Shoplazza’s backend can automatically read Amazon product's SKU, and match it with the corresponding SKU in the Shoplazza store. Merchants can use Amazon MCF for order fulfillment after they synchronize Shoplazza's store product orders to MCF. ?
Channelize.io's Live Shopping app has officially landed on the Shoplazza AppStore. Merchants can interact with consumers in real-time through live streaming and display products in a more intuitive way. This enhances consumers' understanding and trust, and ultimately drives sales and increases brand awareness.
Recently, the top leadership of Stripe, a world-renowned online payment company, visited Shoplazza. As Stripe's Strategic Partner, Shoplazza has been collaborating with Stripe since 2019, and furthered the partnership in 2022. Together, our goal is to deliver efficient payment solutions for Shoplazza's merchants worldwide. The introduction of innovative technologies like AI and big data brings new opportunities for our partnership. Looking ahead, we will continue to use our collective resources and strengths to uncover even more possibilities for transforming the payment industry.

03 Event Overview
Alyson Zhang, Chief Operating Officer of Shoplazza, attended the eMarketer Tech - Talk (Technical Seminar) to discuss the transformative potential of GPT-4 in E-commerce, and shared detailed insights into the applications of ChatGPT in following E-commerce scenarios: mapping customer journey, developing dynamic forecasting, creating E-commerce automation solution and content. Currently, Shoplazza is leveraging GPT-4 's advanced language interpretation ability to develop more efficient tools that improve the operational efficiency of enterprises and enhance the consumer experience.
Shoplazza has been invited to attend the 2023 AWS Brand Globalization Day and Amazon Summit China, and shared the empowerment of cloud technology and AIGC for E-commerce respectively. Currently, Shoplazza has served 360,000+ merchants globally, and the platform’s stability is always our priority as it builds the foundation of a stable operation for merchants and a positive shopping experience for consumers. Moreover, the rapid development of AIGC has also accelerated the exploration of Shoplazza in the field of new technologies. In April, Shoplazza participated in the White Label Expo in Las Vegas, USA.
