Q1 is done. Q2 is for You.

You know. There was a point in my life where things weren't so simple. Moving from Zimbabwe to South Africa, we had to make some adjustments to how we approached family lifestyle. Taking a step down in the modern world, most likely results in someone else stepping up. And that's ok, but certainly not where I want to be again.

I've gotten to know people through my experience of this planet. We don't like backing down from a missed opportunity, a better way to handle things or ways in which we can continue to appreciate what we have.

There was a point in experience where, as a 5 year old, all I had to play with was 3 box's of Lego.

I acknowledge the worldly understood principle of 'something' is greater than 'nothing'. But, not for me. The more I can create in this world, the more I can give to the world.

I've been about a year in the recruitment industry. Moving from financial service's to an HR focused role took some adjustment. I focus on the digital space, work on a hybrid model and wear a hoodie to work. As Q1 has just ended and the next quarter begins. We set our sights on the global reach we have earned!

And make a statement.

This next quarter brings about new challenges and new visions. With the S&P 500 making a recovery from the 2021 high, the Nasdaq doing it's best impression of a line dance, and the Dow Jones looking stable. The world market is set.

Q2 is the time to capitalise on our misfortune's of the past and build that bright future we've been manifesting.
