Q1 2024 Individual PACE & L Award Winner – Thomasz Panek
Tomasz, Tax & Regulatory Specialist on the Domestic Operations team was celebrated for his role as subject matter expert in estate and legal inquiries during the recent tax season, earning recognition within and outside his department. Using his tax and regulatory experience to implement enhancements, Thomasz’s mentorship and client-focused mindset continue to benefit his team and IFDS as a whole.
Q1 2024 Knowledge Management Award Winner – Hiral Jariwala
Hiral, Director of Client Account Management actively devotes time to sharing knowledge about IFDS' international program, ensuring there is a clear understanding of the relationship between the various IFDS offices, our parent companies, and international clients. Her insights have contributed significantly to our documentation of internal processes and are a prime example of the benefits of knowledge acquisition, sharing, and transfer across our organization.
