I am thrilled to present Coastal Partner’s inaugural Quarterly BD Report. Since focusing exclusively on recruiting for private equity business development at the beginning of 2023, I have observed a fascinating array of staffing approaches within the industry. This report is designed to showcase the diversity of these strategies, offering insights that may aid firms as they contemplate the evolution of their BD teams.
