A Note from our Founder: An Optimistic Q1
If you're like me, you were more than happy to turn the page on 2023 and start fresh here in the first quarter of 2024.? Last year was a challenge for many of us.? The shift from Growth at any Cost to profitability and efficiency, is not an easy one to make.? But I also know that as RevOps practitioners, many of us have been leading the change within our organizations to adopt this new mindset.? I fully believe that this results in healthier, more sustainable businesses, built for the long haul.
We're pleased to share that we are seeing a lot of positive signs in the market and within our client base going into Q2.? The S&P is up 10% this quarter.? IPO volume has increased 15% vs. the same window in 2023.? And based on LinkedIn data, over 6,000 new revenue operations jobs were posted in Q1 alone.? The RevOps Job Board (see below) has had over 1,500 active roles shared in the last 30 days.? And this quarter, SalesOps.io saw booked revenue increase more than 50% over Q4.? That means a ton of new and extending projects for our talent network and a strong pipeline of new potential projects and full-time roles coming into April!
We look forward to increasing awareness and adoption of RevOps in both high-growth technology companies as well as more traditional industries and established businesses.? We are working hard to find great opportunities for the talented experts in our network to support these organizations.?
