Q1 2024 Edition - WalkMe Partners
Dear Partners,
Following our recent announcement on February 21, 2024, regarding WalkMe Ltd.'s fourth-quarter and full-year financial results for 2023, I'm excited to share the significant progress made. The past year was transformative, generating $11.5M with a 4% Free Cash Flow (FCF) margin, a marked improvement from the previous year. Noteworthy was the turnaround in Non-GAAP Operating Income, hitting $4.8M or 7% in Q4 compared to the same quarter the previous year.
Our evolution is evident beyond the numbers. We achieved a positive Non-GAAP Net Income per share of $0.04 for the first time. Subscription revenue rose to $248 million, a 12% year-over-year increase, contributing to a total revenue of $267 million. These figures highlight our growth, stability, and potential for further success.
These financial milestones reflect our joint efforts and the trust you, our valued partners, have in WalkMe. They demonstrate our collective ability to drive substantial growth, showcasing the unmatched value of our Digital Adoption solutions, especially for large enterprises managing their critical workflows.
