Today I’m providing the latest Sacramento real estate market update and explaining why now is a wonderful time to sell your home. Our latest listing (at the time of this video’s recording) was put active on Friday afternoon, and by Saturday we had more than a dozen showings scheduled every 30 minutes. We ended up with 10 offers and sold the house for tens of thousands of dollars over asking price. We had safe showings the entire time, followed all safety guidelines, and allowed time for cleaning.
