Q: What Does “Supply of Inventory” Tell Us?

I realized that in one of my recent videos, I laid on the real estate jargon pretty heavily without thinking to explain it. Today I’m going to remedy that by offering a detailed breakdown of what I mean when I talk about our supply of inventory. Basically, the supply of inventory is a measure of our supply and demand for homes that is expressed in “months of inventory.” With just one month of inventory available right now, we’re firmly in a seller’s market.
