The New Orleans real estate market is getting hotter by the day. Demand is up due to low interest rates, and more and more sellers are becoming comfortable with the thought of listing their homes on the market. We’re back to holding open houses, but we’re also following all the necessary health and safety precautions. There is definitely a ‘new normal,’ but my prognosis for our market is strong.
