Happy New Year! We’ve finally put 2020 behind us. However, in the real estate market, some of the changes that we saw in 2020 have stuck with us, and that might be a good thing. Today I’ll share the details. For one, with behaviors changing to adapt to the pandemic, buyer preferences shifted. More people are looking for affordable homes that have lots of space, causing them to trend toward suburban listings and away from city centers.
