Delivering style and fire safety on Dublin’s Fitzwilliam Street

Bringing glass back into balconies with Pyroguard Balustrades
After the amendments to Document B of the Building Regulations, laminated glass was banned from use in high-rise buildings. This meant developers had to move away from the luxury appeal of glass to other, less appealing materials for residential high-rise buildings.
However, thanks to the development of Pyroguard Balustrades, glass can be re-established as a design solution and brought back into these applications safely.
