The Pyramid of Success...

The Pyramid of Success...

A simple strategy that will help you win in business... (2 min read (if you read fast lol))

Many aspiring entrepreneurs have big dreams, they set goals, and they have ZERO idea on how to accomplish them...

So when they get to their desk, they know that they are in the best period of time in history to be able to turn on the computer and make money...

So why do most fail?

It's because when they get to their desk, they have no idea what to do.

They watch YouTube, they listen to podcasts, they perform their 4-hour morning routines, they read books, and never actually get to work.

They don't know what to do.

Every day, they finally get to the point where they know they have to put in the work.

They're ready, they're amped, they're about to step into the ring...

And they're immediately stuck.

What should I do?

Well, if you are trying to build a business, I'm gonna give you a framework that has always worked for me.

Two-part framework.

First is:

Do the next best thing.

A little bit of thinking is worth a TON of action.

So think before you act.

Plot out all of the different opportunities in front of you, think through what's important and what's urgent...

And then decide (resolve) what the very best course of action is.

Once decided, execute on it without remorse or apology or doubt.

Take into account any new data and inputs from feedback loops based off of the actions you've taken.

Course correct and then repeat the process.

***

In theory, this sounds simple and easy.

In execution though, it's not so simple.

Every day, your mind is (and will continue to be) flooded with a ton of distractions, interruptions, and fires that make execution of this simple strategy difficult.

Here's how to know what to do when you don't know what to do:

The Pyramid of Success

1.?The Foundations

You started your business for a reason.

Most likely, you want more money and more time.

True freedom.

How would you spend your days if you had $10M in the bank and 10 years to live?

More time with your spouse and kids?

More vacations?

More hobbies?

Date nights?

Fishing trips?

Spending more time with God?

What would you do "when you made it"?

Do that stuff now.

Carve that time out in your calendar on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and don't compromise on it.

When you get to the top, you only get busier.

So when you are sacrificing the stuff you want to do to be able to do that stuff eventually, it's a logical fallacy.

If you don't make it important NOW, it will never be important enough LATER.

Do that stuff first.

2.?Keep Your Promises

In order to grow your business, you have to make sales.

Sales come on the backend of marketing.

Marketing is essentially promises you make to help people solve their problems.

When they believe you, they buy from you.

Do you know what scammers do?

They make promises they never intend to keep.

Keep your promises.

If you break promises to yourself and you break promises to your clients...

You are no better.

When people trust you enough to give you money and to provide a service for them, fulfill on the promises you made them.

3.?Sell More Stuff

Once you've taken care of yourself...

...and you've taken care of your clients.

Sell more stuff.

That's where your focus should be.

If you are trying to grow, as Grant Cardone says:

PROMOTE.?PROMOTE.?PROMOTE.

Make more offers.

Talk to more people.

Ask for money.

Find collaboration opportunities.

Do as many money-making moves as possible.

Send messages.

Jump on sales calls.

Run conversion events.

Put yourself out there.

Get more eyeballs on your stuff.

Follow up with prospects.

Think out of the box and execute like a freaking madman.

You are an absolute force to be reckoned with.

No one can ignore you.

You're a freaking hurricane blasting through the money-making opportunities in front of you.

Do more and sell more stuff.

4.?Find Ways to Fire Yourself

This is an intentional action that most people will never do.

Because in order to do so, it compounds work.

There is always work to be done.

And it's so much easier to do that work than it is to create the system that eliminates you from doing the work needing done.

It takes creating SOPs and finding, hiring, training, and managing world-class talent to take over the things that you are excellent at...

It takes patience, endurance, stamina, and wisdom to grow a team that will inevitably make mistakes that you would never have made...

...if you just did it yourself.

They will cost you time and they will cost you money.

Creating and recreating systems take time (that you don't have time for)

So you resort to doing everything yourself.

And by doing so, you cap your potential.

If you ever truly want to scale your business and get out of the work in your business, then you need to delegate to a team that you trust to handle the day-to-day operations...

And you must fire yourself.

Make the switch from employee to owner.

From the all-star to the coach.

There are so many reasons why you think this isn't possible or won't work for you...

Yet your goals of true freedom don't give a rip about your limiting beliefs or excuses.

You can't want something and be unwilling to do what is necessary to achieve it.

That's just silly.

Anyway, this process has worked for me...

This framework has helped me make sure my priorities are always in order as I built this business...

So for the rest of the day, I'm in "Foundations" mode.

I hope you take some time to do the same.

Dream BIG,

PS: If you'd like copies of our SOP's (free) message me on here.
