From performers to visual artists with disabilities, JLL's Procurement Conclave sparked a celebration of diversity and inclusion in Gurgaon. The highlight? A heartwarming performance by Nav-Utthan's wheelchair dance group, who proved that talent knows no bounds! The group comprises of dancers on wheelchair and performers with hearing impairments, yet they never miss a beat. (Stay tuned for the video) But that's not all! Our visual artists' stall showcased the incredible work of Aarush (artist on autism spectrum), who created a stunning piece of art LIVE! And the cherry on top? Our presentation on Atypical Advantage's mission and impact left JLL leaders and clients in awe of the transformative power that disability inclusion holds!

Vibration Events in association with Atypical Advantage hosted an electrifying live art and motivational session with the talented Uday Kiran,?an artist with hearing impairment at Accenture's Hyderabad office. The event showcased Uday's breathtaking paintings in an inspiring art exhibition that left everyone in awe. When we asked Uday what sparked his artistic journey, he said-

"My artistic journey took off when I started creating paintings as gifts for my clients. Their heartfelt appreciation ignited a fire within me. Today, I'm dedicated to fusing my passion for art with my professional pursuits, striving for a beautiful balance that brings creative harmony to my life."
