Today, our Employee Spotlight shines brightly on Director of Design, Jozef Petrak, who leads the design team and is one of the driving forces behind our architectural design, design trends, and production.?

With a master’s in architecture from California State Polytechnic University and 18 years of experience, Jozef is motivated by creativity and functionality. Since childhood, he wanted to be an artist or an architect because he loved to interact with people and was fascinated with designing and creating for others. Jozef followed his dreams and, now, his expertise positively impacts architectural designs, buildings, and more importantly, the people that occupy those spaces.?

Jozef defines success as setting a goal and achieving it. He does this every day for our clients, focusing on synthesizing the needs, esthetics, codes, constructability, and budget and bringing that all together to provide a design that meets their needs and goals. His collaborative spirit and dedication to creating people centric spaces is essential to PWCampbell and the clients we serve.?

No client is too small or too large for Jozef and his team. He helps all our clients visualize and execute their design. Jozef enjoys solving clients' unique challenges like buildability limitations, budgetary restraints, or a combination of complex challenges and designing a space for them that is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget.

When he isn’t helping our clients achieve their goals, you can find him spending time with his beautiful and growing family and finding other creative outlets like working on motorcycles and home projects.??
